Real Estate Pre-Licensing Education
JOHN PEDRO REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATES has partnered with Harris' Real Estate School, an approved Massachusetts Real Estate School that offers real estate instructional classes for obtaining your Massachusetts real estate license. Classes are conveniently held at our Ludlow, Massachusetts office location.
Complete your course at your own pace with individual attention from approved instructors in small, friendly, and informal classrooms. You will receive the most current information on Massachusetts real estate, with classes specifically designed for adults who may have been out of school for some time.
To obtain a Massachusetts real estate salesperson's license, the State requires you to complete a 40-hour course, which is divided into ten 4-hour sessions covering essential subjects such as:
- Property
- Condos and Leases
- Contracts and Deeds
- Financing
- Brokerage
- Appraisal
- Fair Housing
- Massachusetts Law
- Closings/Property Management
- Commercial
We provide a thorough, comprehensive textbook featuring over 600 practice questions and the latest information relevant to real estate pre-licensing education. You can repeat the course as often as you like for one year, but most of our students pass the first time.
Upon completion of the course, you will receive an Educational Certificate, allowing you to take the State's test in locations such as Auburn, Charlestown, Fall River, Lawrence, and West Springfield. The testing company will provide you with addresses and directions when you register for the test.
To pass, you must score 70 or better on a 120+ multiple-choice question test. You will be notified of your score immediately and will receive your license upon passing.
